Outputs

Drumazonhasaflexibleoutputconfiguration.Every
instrument'saudiosignalcanberoutedtoanyofthe
11outputs.Thisallowsuserstofurthershapesounds
individuallyoringroupsviatheirfavouriteplug
-ins.Eachindividualoutputcanbesettomonoor
stereo.EveryinstrumentalsohasaMuteandSolo
button.Mutewillnotjustsilencethesound,itwill
stopthesoundbeingtriggered.Solowillstopall
otherinstrumentsfrombeingtriggeredandonlyallow
theselectedsound(s)toplay.

Control

Drumazonhasextensivemidicontrol.Midinotescan
beusedtotriggereachindividualsound.
Alternatively,theinternalsequencercanbeused.
ThiscanbesettoplayusingDrumazon'sinternal
clockorsettosynchronizeperfectlytothehost
sequencer.

MostofDrumazon'sparameterscanbeautomatedwithin
thehostandalsocontrolledusingMidiCCwithan
externalcontroller.Aneasy-to-useMidiLearn
functionallowsreassignmentofanyofthe
parameters.

InternalSequencer

Withintheinternalsequencer,patternsarestoredin
8banks.Eachbankcanstoreupto12patterns.Each
patternconsistsof16steps.Eachpatternlocation
hasamidinotenumberassignedtoit.Thepatterns
canbeeditedtraditionallyusingthestepbuttonsor
usingthetapfunction.

Theinternalsequencerhasvariousmodesof
operation.InChainMode,arangeofpatternsare
selectedfromtheinternalbanksandareplayed
throughinacircularfashion.Patternscanalsobe
triggeredfreelybyselectingthecorrespondingmidi
note(forexample,fromamidicontrollerkeyboard).
Externalcontrollerscanbeusedinanymodeto
providefullcontroloverpatternplayback.

ARandomizerfunctionisalsoprovidedwithinthe
internalsequencer.Itcanbeusedtomakesimple
changestoapatternorcreateawholenewone
-idealwhenyourcreativityneedsaboost!
Randomizingcanbeappliedtospecificinstruments
andspecificsteps.Thefrequencyofoccurrencecan
alsobeadjustedtogiveyoujusttherightamount.

Presets

Thesettingsforeachinstrumentcanbestoredin
it'sownpreset.Eachinstrumentpresetcanbeloaded
inindividually.Thisallowsmaximumflexibilitywhen
puttingkitsofinstrumentstogether.Adedicated
PresetManagerisprovidedtohelptheusermanage
thesoundswithintheirownuniquelibrary.
